At Bellora, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in the quality of our jewelry and want you to feel confident with every purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can request returns, exchanges, or refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
1.1 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace the item or issue a refund after verifying the issue.
1.2 Conditions for Accepting a Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition

It must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Custom-designed or personalized jewelry

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Sale or clearance items

Products damaged by misuse, wear and tear, or improper care
2. Refund Process
If your return is approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Bellora sent a defective or incorrect item.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items (non-custom, unworn, and in original condition).
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one:

Exchanges depend on product availability
4. Custom Jewelry Orders
Custom-made and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
This includes:

Custom designs

Engraved pieces

Personalized adjustments
We will always confirm details with you before production begins.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item arrived damaged

The wrong item was sent
In these cases, Bellora will cover the return shipping or offer an alternative solution.
6. Order Cancellations
Non-Custom Items
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.
Custom Items
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
7. Warranty Claims
All Bellora jewelry includes a warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover:

Tarnishing caused by chemicals or improper care

Damage caused by accidents

Normal wear and tear
