How long does delivery take?

UAE: 1 to 2 working days, AED 25, free from AED 350.
Saudi Arabia: 3 to 5 working days, AED 70.

Do you deliver across the UAE?

Yes, to all seven Emirates.

How can I pay?

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby or Tamara (4 interest-free payments), or cash on delivery.

Exchanges and warranty

Can I exchange or return a piece?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery to exchange an unworn piece in its original condition. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded.

Is there a warranty?

Every piece carries a warranty against manufacturing defects.

Are the product photos real?

Yes. Every photo shows our own pieces.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Put perfume and lotion on first, jewellery last. Store each piece in its pouch and wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.
